Training and Development

Public policy and economics schools in developed markets often fail to effectively prepare future policymakers from emerging economies. From an emphasis on purely market-based economies to an absence of real constraints in policymaking, graduate education rarely functions with a focus on EMs. CEE's Training and Development program synthesizes resources for emerging policymakers and is working to cover gaps in policy education and training. In pursuit of more EM-focused economists and policy analysts T&D is building a series of courses to serve as policy, data, and critical thinking add-ons to masters-level courses.
